Description

With --cca_predict_components, includes the X (feature-side) component predictions in the output.

Argument and Default Value

No argument. Boolean switch, default: False.

Details

Passed as useXFeats to CCA.predictCompsToSQL(). Unreachable as of this writing — see the Known issue on --cca: the CCA class always crashes on construction/use due to a confirmed rpy2 scoping bug, verified with R and rpy2 both installed and working.
