--no_correction

Switch

--no_correction

Description

Turns off p correction

Argument and Default Value

No argument. Sets p_correction_method to '' (empty string), overriding whatever --p_correction was set to (default: Benjamini-Hochberg).

Details

Applies to --correlate and related reporting switches (--rmatrix, --csv, tagcloud/wordcloud output). Replaces the deprecated --no_bonf flag, which now just prints a message pointing here — as does --no_bonferroni, which is also broken and immediately exits the program (verified; see that page). --no_correction itself works correctly and is the only one of the three you should use.
