--feat_as_outcome
Description
To be used in Mediation analysis when the "outcome" variables are located inside the feature table. If --outcomes is not present then all features in the feature table will be considered.
Argument and Default Value
No argument. Boolean switch, default: False.
Details
Set this when the feature table given by -f holds the mediation outcome variables instead of, or in addition to, the outcome table's --outcomes columns. Combine with --feat_as_control and/or --feat_as_path_start when several mediation roles live in feature tables.
