--feat_as_control

Description

To be used in Mediation analysis when the "control" variables are located inside the feature table. When --controls is not present then all features in the feature table will be considered.

Argument and Default Value

No argument. Boolean switch, default: False.

Details

Set this when the feature table given by -f holds mediation control variables (e.g. LIWC or topic scores) instead of, or in addition to, the outcome table's --controls columns. Combine with --feat_as_outcome and/or --feat_as_path_start when several mediation roles live in feature tables.
