Description

Outputs a correlation matrix using every combination of --outcome_controls, instead of a single fixed set of controls.

Argument and Default Value

No argument. Boolean switch, default: False.

Details

Known issue — always crashes. OutcomeAnalyzer.correlateControlCombosWithFeatures() does controlKeys = list(allControls.keys()), but allControls is never defined anywhere in the function (the value actually unpacked from the data loop is named controls, not allControls) — a plain variable-name typo in the source. Verified: running --combo_rmatrix on a real correlation always fails with NameError: name 'allControls' is not defined, regardless of database backend. There is currently no way to run this switch successfully.
