.. _fwflag_conf_int: ============ --conf_int ============ Switch ====== --conf_int BOOL Description =========== Include a 95% confidence interval (``CI_l``, ``CI_u``) for each correlation in :doc:`fwflag_correlate` output. Argument and Default Value ========================== A boolean (``True``/``False``). Default: ``True``. Details ======= Verified: a plain ``--correlate --csv`` run with no flags given already includes ``CI_l``/``CI_u`` columns, confirming the default of ``True``. Note the argparse type is ``bool``, so on the command line ``--conf_int False`` does **not** disable it — Python's ``bool("False")`` is truthy (any non-empty string is ``True``); only an empty string argument would evaluate to ``False``. In practice there's no documented way to turn this off from the command line.
