.. _fwflag_DDLA: ======= --DDLA ======= Switch ====== --DDLA CSV_1 CSV_2 Description =========== Compares two csv files that came out of :doc:`fwflag_correlate` (Differential DLA) — e.g. correlations run separately on two different subsets of your data — and reports which features' correlations changed most between them. Argument and Default Value ========================== Two csv file paths (``nargs=2``). Requires both source :doc:`fwflag_correlate` runs to have used :doc:`fwflag_csv` with the default :doc:`fwflag_show_feat_freqs`/:doc:`fwflag_nvalue` left on (their values are ``True`` by default already). Details ======= **Known issue — always crashes.** ``dlatkInterface.py`` does ``from dlatk import DDLA`` (importing the *module* ``dlatk/DDLA.py``) but then calls ``ddla = DDLA(args.ddlaFiles[0], args.ddlaFiles[1], outputname)`` as if ``DDLA`` were the class of the same name defined inside that module. Verified: running ``--DDLA`` on two real csv files fails immediately with ``TypeError: 'module' object is not callable``, before touching either file's contents. There is currently no way to run this switch successfully from the command line. Other Switches ============== Required Switches: * None (flag currently cannot complete successfully — see Known issue above) Optional Switches: * :doc:`fwflag_DDLATagcloud` (also broken — depends on this switch succeeding first) Example Commands ================ Not usable as of this writing — see Known issue above.
